Moodle has not sent email notifications today about new discussion forum posts due to a service disruption. The issue began at 2:00 a.m. As a result, some other scheduled Moodle tasks have not run either. These include the automatic submission of unfinished quiz attempts when the quiz time limit expires.
Our Moodle service provider is investigating the cause of the issue.
