KAS.PEY.020 - Curriculum and educational development, 5 ECTS
During the course, the following broader topics and their relations will be discussed:
- Curriculum as a key to understanding and strengthening educational culture in academic communities
- Researcher-teacher’s work – from individual course planning towards collaboration in teaching and curriculum development
- Assessment, knowledge and competencies – developing assessment culture in teaching and in a community
- The relationship between research and teaching and strengthening the research-teaching nexus in curriculum level
- Participation and agency in curriculum work and leading curriculum processes
Course is consisted of seminar or webinar sessions and small group study circles.
