Special Issues in Game Studies courses (GS.180X) deal with the topical themes and issues in the field of game studies. Individual courses provide insights e.g. to the following themes: game cultures, player studies, game experience, game industry, design research, games and gender, gamification. Different themes will be covered annually, and the students will be able to choose individual courses that fit their agenda. This instance of the course is on game cultures.
