After completing the course the students are adept to conceptualize, interpret and analyze current themes and complex challenges in international security. During this Spring (2024) we will focus especially on arms racing, dual-capable technologies, nuclear arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation. More importantly, the course is planned to enhance students’ interaction and communication skills, including argumentation and presentation skills that they need when participating public debate on security politics and international security, and general understanding on how to communicate their expertise in a policy relevant manner.
