This course covers the central themes and practices in managing project business and engages students in solving practical problems in project-based management. The focus is on themes such as: project-based management, multi-project management (project portfolio and program management), strategy and value creation in projects, and human resources issues in project business. These themes require students to learn and apply knowledge that exceeds the basics of project management.
